Philip Hammond orders immediate review after bizarre list of projects backed by taxpayer cash comes to light.

The Foreign Secretary has launched a review into how his department's overseas aid money is spent after it was found they had funded projects to find female mates for a fish in Madagascar.....

  1. I guess it was inevitable that those who do not wish us to maintain our humanitarian commitments to the wider world would find a headline grabbing anomaly
    If we do not believe in aid to bongo bongo land for its own sake look at it for the goodwill benefits that are probably worth more than the money put in
