This is the Coffee House Wall for this week. I won’t say that it is your chance to communicate with us, as we are all in this together. It is, nevertheless, the Conservative Blog post that has no particular theme, and where everything is on topic. Let’s just remember that we want to avoid ad hominem attacks on others. We don’t want to engage with trolls. We want to moderate our language ourselves as responsible and mature adults, choosing to use fruity language only where it is necessary. Russell Brand: the latest spearhead in the counter-culture war, apparently. Given the current constituency and Zeitgeist of our capital city, he would be a shoo-in as ‘mayor’.
He gate-crashed an interview at West Ham Football club this weekend between the BBC sports reporter and Sam Alladyce the manager, giving the beefy gruff West Ham boss a big wet kiss on the cheek.

Christ! There was a time when any red blooded male would have chinned the effete bearded J Arthur for sexually assaulting him.
We shouldn’t be feeding his oxygen supply really, but he’s the ideal successor to the other clown who is currently the incumbent of the useless, expensive Toy Town Mayoralty invented to launch Red Ken’s scams.
If London will stand for that, it’ll stand for anything and thoroughly deserve everything that ensues. From parody, to circus, through pantomime to travesty.
And to think I wasted most of my active life protecting the citizens of what is now a heap of steaming, maggot-ridden dung.
Just after listening to that song – not quite sure how I came across it – I was moved to hear from my little daughter that the British School here sings “I Vow to Thee My Country” every Friday at Assembly- we found it on line and sang along together… I shore these fragments against my ruins…
Just a qualifier to the above, I suppose anybody who would agree to manage a football club owned by the Kings of Global porn has to enter into the spirit of things.

‘A Tory cabinet minister has admitted he made a mistake by saying some British communities are being “swamped” by European Union migrants.’
So, what did he mean to say? What did he get wrong?
Were the communities only English, only in the North, or included Northern Ireland, or that the migrants were non-EU? Perhaps he was reporting that they were NOT swamped, or flooded by rain from Europe.
It is difficult the believe that he uttered the whole sentence by mistake. 🙂
Cameron being a bit of a toff , as the papers like to say, may not know the correct words to use to Europe.
I’ll try to help him make it clear in normal english.

Magnificent machinations.
To all who have commented on the EU’s request for €2,100,000,000, by the end of the month, it is only the latest action of many.
The whole EU edifice is wrong so, by accepting all that has gone before, but objecting to the latest demands, shows CMD for what he is: an idiot!
The fact that the Tories voted for the legislation that has produced this demand makes the Tory Party itself the idiotic party. The fact that the other legacy parties would pay up makes them even more idiotic!
The best course of action would be say that we will be paying it, but that we are leaving a day before the deadline for the money and that the financial settlement can be dealt with at the same time.
Otherwise we are left open to legal action.
The fact that the EU demands that we pay this at such short notice, yet Hannan has said that the most ‘tiresome’ aspect of the EU was that it never obeyed its own rules is ironic.
Tonight BBC TV will be showing an extended film on the tragic death of `’Baby “P” in 2007. Ninety minutes will be devoted to this horrific tale of murder and indifference by the very people who should care for the most vulnerable in our mockery of a civilised society. The Establishment talking heads will be out in ful force, and the vile and murderous Sharon Shoesmith, Head of Harringay Social Services will be whinging at how she has suffered. I believe the mother, boyfriend and another man involved are now out of prison and the programme will attempt to show what they are now doing. The whole damn lot, including social workers and negligent doctors should receive the death penalty. As there is no capital punishment, they shoud be in prison for life. I cannot bear to watch the platitudes and rubbish which will be rolled out.
Tonight’s news mentions an incident that happened outside the Leeds Civic Hall as David Cameron was leaving the building a man ran into him bypassing his security people.
The later Look North News shows a man running diagonally across the road and footpath weaving past the security guards and bumping into David Cameron, the runner was brought to the ground, handcuffed and detained in a police van for about one hour, before being released.
His claim that he was jogging past on his way to the gymnasium was believed and as a result he was let go.
Look North later interviewed this man who again claimed that he was jogging on his way to the gym.
Only he wasn’t, the video clearly shows a man running (not jogging) straight at DC, who was on the little path half way from the building and the pavement that this man claimed to be jogging on, his trajectory would have led him to collide with the building had he not run into DC.
Why have the police accepted this silly story?
David, I am more interested that the man was arrested. Is it now the case that anyone can just be arrested without any charge and without any evidence of wrong doing?
Re Cameron Collision incident, compare and contrast with the treatment of the man who said “I am not a Muslim” at the airport. Deliberately shove into the PM in public (I’m not buying his explanation) and no consequences. Say the wrong thing and be prosecuted up to the point of withdrawal of all charges the day before trial is scheduled:-
http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-London/2014/10/27/Six-Month-Ordeal-for-Pensioner-Charged-With-Racism-After-Saying-Im-Not-a-Muslim
Peter, the current procedure is to arrest on complaint, before any evidence has been assessed and before any decision to charge has been arrived at. Further Blair’s government extended the criteria of an arrestable offence to apply to pretty much anything.
In the “old” days a complaint or alleged offence would first be scrutinised to assure that there was prima facie evidence and/or a probable case to answer and that it was not trivial, without basis or malicious. The constable’s discretion came into this as no-one could order a police officer to arrest someone. With politicisation came the risk averse pecking order in police response that has facilitated the stark contrasts between Rotherham and the man arrested at the airport. Instead of considering a complaint impartially within the rule of law the police now appear to be making political judgements on the course of action most likely to avoid criticism from vociferous leftist pressure groups.
The usurping role of the CPS in assessing evidence and deciding on prosecution is also a factor as the police are less able to make decisions themselves and therefore become a processing agency. Arrest, fingerprint, DNA, bail, conduct investigation, file to CPS. Historically investigation usually preceded arrest – as it should.
And related perhaps, some here might find David Davis’ lecture on Parliament and Liberty to be of interest. Available on BBC iPlayer in the BBC Parliament, Briefings series (Factual).
RobertC @ 16:46
Good points, Robert.
What the boy should have said is we won’t pay until the EU has an independent audit. We want to know what the money’s used for.
The EU has never had an independent audit of its expenditure, which is scandalous, no legal entity here would be allowed to carry on business without it. The MSM has never been interested in this gross infraction of the laws that govern institutions spending public funds, not in any depth. For Baron, this is one of the key reasons he’s opposing the set-up.
Hopefully, Ukip, if they hold the balance of power, will have the guts to insist on the EU spending getting scrutinised by an independent auditing firm. It would be revealing to find out what was the €430mn spent on in Ukraine in the two years prior to the February putsch in Kiev.
Frank P @ 16:17
Clever chap, Hanson, and a powerful argument, too. Sadly, Frank, nobody in power is listening.
Colonel Mustard @ 20:10
This is unbelievable, the arrest of the pensioner, Colonel, unbelievable that it should happen in Britain. What damage or measurable hurt has the remark caused to anyone? The old man should sue for malicious arrest, demand a jury trial, hire a good lawyer, demand compensation. The jihadists demonstrate holding placards ‘kill the infidels’, which is a clear incitement to violence, get away with it, this poor chap makes an innocuous quip, spends six months under arrest. Sickening.
Baron has said it before, there are laws we could do without, and the law under which this pensioner was nearly charged should go. The sooner Ukip gets to have a say, the better.
Baron – 20:36 ‘an independent audit’
What’s that? 🙂
As I have become deeply paranoid, probably by reason of listening to Alex Jones and Michael Savage, I note that the Cameron runner incident echoes the two recent security lapses at the White House when individuals leapt the railings and one ended up inside the White House before he was intercepted.

I listened, appalled, to the 10 minute interview by Andrew Neil of Minister Truss at your link.
NEIL to TRUSS at 9:30:
“You are planning to close all the coal-fired power stations in this country…Where’s the electricity going to come from?”.
As I have a B.Bsc (Hons) from the University of Alex Jones, the following link from my undergraduate days immediately sprang to mind:

My academic qualifications (op.cit) lead me to treat with caution the suggestion that Minister Truss is dimwitted. Could it rather be that a pattern, a concerted policy, might be discerned here among bright people to shut down certain countries in this and a variety of other ways?

Way back in the 60s, one of the many liberated young men, who were going to change the world before the ‘hope and change’ messiah arrived, quipped: “If it feels good, man, do it’. It struck Baron then that it was emblematic of the incoming culture, the abandoning of thinking and its replacement with feelings, emotions. It still holds true.

10:12 I think you are thinking of Ernest Hemingway – an Anglophobe, by the way.
10:21 It might make one feel good to think that. You may have noticed that Neil and Truss are not engaged in a logical argument. Neil is attempting to; Truss’s blocking responses are cleverly a-logical and as irritating as Russell Brand. She is a smart nihilist.
10:22 Not if you have seen “The Godfather”.
…and Margaret Beckett of course…
It is interesting to see how more or less every politician who appears in print or on the TV is deceiving deliberately with every sentence. Cameron was a prime example at his press conference, during which my father thought he had completely lost it as a politician and appeared a fool, but today Jack Straw with his comments about parts of the UK being swamped. I note that he wishes to direct any attention from the Pakistani communities that are the main cause for concern and wants us to focus on Eastern European migrants instead. And nothing about rapes for votes.

“By the way, is it still acceptable in England to say “Good morning, my good man!” to a police constable?”
Indeed it is, Malfleur; in fact it’s mandatory, whatever the gender of said constable. Without that, she would have no reason to arrest you, and therefore no reason to exist.

I was about to post that link when I saw that you had already beaten me to it. It is interesting to report, as a further point of interest (and perhaps paranoia?), that I found it in my spam folder. I normally get Soeren Kern’s newsletters by email and have not previously marked them up as ‘spam’. Moreover, I have noticed recently that any newsletters from any source with mention of Islam’s inexorable ‘long march’ through Europe and the USA finish up in my spam folder, rather than my in-box.
Who decides what is ‘spam’? I wonder, what quirk of chemistry within the bowels of the Intertubes triggers the spam gene to divert it to the shitter? These days, what with my own state of health and the terminal state of western civilisation in general, I always inspect the bottom of the bowl before pulling the chain.
Sorry, perhaps I strained the peristalsis of that metaphor a little too vigorously. But you know what I mean, I’m certain.

I won’t even bother to fisk Fahy’s folderol; he’s typical of the last 35 years of the output of the Bramshill Brainwasher-Castrator (if that’s not an insult to the words ‘brain’ and ‘balls’- there has to be a semblance of grey matter before it can be washed and something in the scrotum before it can be classed as ‘castration’ I suppose.
Though it’s not worth a fisking, there is one passage that is indicative of his stupidity:
“And what about the race issue? Some have said that the reason this issue has not been confronted was because of fear of being labelled racist as many of the abusers in these cases are Asian men. I have never been convinced of this argument but rather feel it is easier to talk about the race issue than the more complex issues of the care system and the court system…”
Jesus H Christ! I’m sure that all those ‘Asians’ who occupy the oriental countries of the world will enjoy being lumped together with the murderous, misogynist, paedophilia -prone, maniacal cult of Islam.
And what has race got to do with Islam – except the race to world domination? You would have though somebody would have pointed that out to this ‘top cop’ – but then, probably not; he is after all, the Chief Cunt-stable of Greater Manchester – who would dare?
And just look at the two comments that followed his blog entry.
I rest my case.

“The conviction rate for rape overall is about 10 per cent of all reported cases and so the question should be not what are we doing for this 10 per cent but what are we doing for the 90 per cent of other victims.”
See how he did that there? If 90% of reported rapes have ‘victims’ then 90% of the accused must be guilty. The logical outcome of Fahy’s ridiculous presumption is that the rape conviction rate should be 100%. In other words anyone accused of rape, regardless of the evidence, should have a 0% chance of being found not guilty.
But of course in reality Common Purpose Long Marchers like Fahy just want a situation that doesn’t make them look so bad and gets them brownie points from the radical feminist brigades. What might that be? 50% conviction? 75% conviction? We know that if that were to happen the usual suspects would be whining about not supporting the 50% of ‘victims’ or the 25% of ‘victims’.
And that statistical goal completely undermines a precept of British justice that every case should be tried on its own merits. The danger of an innocent person being falsely accused or wrongly convicted is now replaced by the need to ‘support victims’. Might as well do away with trials altogether and save the taxpayer money.

“Call it Jihad: ‘Terrorism’ Just Doesn’t Define This Threat”
by Clare M. Lopez
Center for Security Policy
October 28, 2014
2014’s spate of Islamic terror attacks against Western targets leaves observers grasping for words to describe what’s happening. President Obama doesn’t want to deal with it at all, so after a Muslim convert beheaded a woman in Oklahoma, he thought it appropriate to send the beheader’s mosque (the Islamic Center of Greater Oklahoma City) warm greetings about “shared peace” and “a sense of justice.” (The occasion was the Muslim feast of Eid Ul-Adh, but the timing was awful.) U.S. national security agencies are no help either—under the tutelage of the Muslim Brotherhood, they were purged long ago of any vocabulary useful for dealing with jihad. “Lone wolf” gets a lot of play with the media, but as Michael Ledeen, Andrew McCarthy, and Patrick Poole (here, here, and here) have all pointed out, there’s nothing ‘lone’ about Muslim warriors, self-selected or otherwise, engaging in fard ‘ayn (individual jihad) in obedience to the doctrine of their shared faith.
Nor are these attacks simply “terrorism” in any way that is uniquely descriptive. As Ledeen noted, the Unabomber was a domestic terrorist. The FBI calls the ELF (Earth Liberation Front) terrorist. The Black Liberation Army was accused of murdering more than a dozen police officers in its day. But none of these operates today in obedience to a 1400-year-old ideology that claims a divine commandment to conquer the earth. Nor is any of these other ‘domestic terrorists’ the 21st century embodiment of a force that already has overrun many powerful civilizations, including the Buddhist, Byzantine, Middle East Christian, Hindu, and Persian ones.
It’s time to call this what it is: Jihad.
Jihad is a unique descriptor: it is motivated solely by one ideology—an Islamic one. It encompasses any and all tactics of war, be they the kinetic violence of terrorism, the stealthy influence operations of the Muslim Brotherhood and Iranian intelligence agencies, or funding, speaking, teaching, and writing. Importantly, the term ‘jihad’ is the one used by its own practitioners—the clerics, scholars, and warriors of Islam. Arguably the most valid qualification of all is that Islamic Law (shariah) defines jihad as “warfare to spread the religion [Islam].” Warfare encompasses many things, though, and not all of them are violent.
Katharine Gorka, President of The Council on Global Security, has an astute new essay entitled “The Flawed Science Behind America’s Counter-Terrorism Strategy” in which she skewers the Obama administration’s misguided policy it calls “Countering Violent Extremism.” She explains how America’s counter-terrorism ‘experts’ have tried haplessly to apply Social Movement Theory to what actually is a totalitarian ideology cloaked loosely in a handful of religious practices. A decade or more of attempting to apply the language of grievance, poverty, and unemployment laid at the door of Western colonialism or secular modernity has achieved little but the neutering of America’s national security defenses. Yet, even this dead-on analysis doesn’t quite get us where we need to be.
Just as Obama’s bland “violent extremism,” deliberately devoid of meaning identifies neither the enemy nor the ideology that animates him, so in its way, ‘terrorism” likewise falls short. For if “terrorist” can and does mean anyone from a nut job like Ted Kaczynsky to assorted tree huggers, neo-Nazi skinheads, as well as Islamic warriors committing atrocities in the name of Allah, then its scope is just too broad to define precisely the paramount threat to global stability in the 21st century: jihad.
The magnitude of the jihad threat demands its own category. Neither Kaczynsky nor animal and environmental activists nor neo-Nazis could threaten the very existence of our Republic. Certain 20th century totalitarian ideologies arguably did, though, and that’s why the U.S. marshaled every resource at its disposal to fight them to defeat. Islamic totalitarianism is such an ideology, albeit one that has survived cyclical periods of defeat and resurgence for many centuries. We constrain ourselves both conceptually and legally, however, when the only way to label an act of violence ‘terrorism’ is when it is carried out against civilians for a political purpose and the perpetrator(s) can be tied to a designated terrorist organization, with no consideration for the ideology that so many of them—and others not on such lists—share.
Islamic terror attacks of recent decades typically involved identifiable Islamic terror groups such as al-Qa’eda, Ansar al-Shariah, HAMAS, Hizballah, and the PLO, but were often funded and supported by jihadist nation states such as Iran, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. As Katharine Gorka described in her white paper, though, the Obama administration’s willfully amorphous term, “violent extremism,” ensured that no enemy threat doctrine called ‘jihad’ that unifies these diverse yet similarly-motivated actors and that actually may threaten the Republic, was ever permitted to be articulated—or confronted.
Now, after the overwhelming post-9/11 Western retaliatory offensives, both al-Qa’eda and more recently, the Islamic State, increasingly have called for acts of ‘individual jihad’ (fard ‘ayn, according to Islamic doctrine). Such attacks by Islamic true believers against armed service members, civilians, and law enforcement officers as well as ordinary citizens duly are proliferating across the West, but the U.S. national security establishment grasps for any term—lone wolf, violent extremist, workplace violence—to avoid saying either ‘terrorism’ or ‘jihadist.’ Granted, as Daniel Pipes noted in his 24 October 2014 essay, “Terrorism Defies Definition,” there are legal consequences under the U.S. Legal Code for “formally certifying an act of violence as terrorist.” But as we see, it’s more than that – and it’s why we need to use “jihad” more often and “terrorism” less.
To properly identify individual jihad attacks is to acknowledge that there is an established ideology behind them that derives its inspiration from Islamic doctrine, law, and scripture. To acknowledge that would mean the threat actually is existential, at a minimum in its objective: universal conquest and enforcement of shariah. Until and unless the entire American citizenry, federal bureaucracy, Intelligence Community, law enforcement, and the U.S. military understand that failing to acknowledge, confront, and defeat the forces of Islamic jihad and shariah indeed do endanger the very existence of our Republic as we know it, and mobilize to meet this challenge, the inexorable advance of shariah will continue. As Pipes notes with some understatement, the current “lack of clarity presents a significant public policy challenge.”
The term “terrorism” will continue to provide useful applications in security categories and lists. But it is much too inclusive and yet restrictive to offer a precise definition of the Islamic threat. The forces of Islamic jihad and shariah are mounting a whole of civilization assault against liberal, modern, representative, secular civil society. Nation states, sub-national terror organizations, transnational alliances, academics and scholars, media conglomerates, networks of mosques and Islamic Centers, so-called ‘charitable foundations’ and their donors, battlefield fighters, and too many individual Muslims are united in a jihad that is not only violent but insidious, inexorable, and sophisticated. Unless we learn to resist in the same way—a whole of civilization way—that list of subjugated civilizations may yet include one more: ours.
Hmmnn. Sorry – there are highlighted notations within the text of her essay that didn’t copy across when I cut and pasted. Thy are worth following; so you’ll have to click to the link after all. Please disseminate widely. She deserves the effort.

But seriously, would you but a 2nd hand rocket engine from Vlad?
Under Obama, NASA, starved of funds and cleansed of rocket-men, has been too preoccupied trying to ingratiate itself with the administration by fudging global warming statistics.
“On Wednesday morning, he said, the examination of debris around the site would begin. The investigation will not jump to conclusions but one line of inquiry will surely focus on the AJ-26 engines used to lift the rocket away from the pad”, says BBC science correspondent Jonathan Amos. “These are actually modified Russian-built power units that were originally developed for the ill-fated Soviet Moon rocket, the N-1. They have been refurbished to modern standards, but one blew up in ground testing earlier this year.”

If academics like Clare M Lopez can see the problem then why do our leaders tiptoe around this serious danger?
Delingpole’s latest:
http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-London/2014/10/29/How-the-Establishment-is-trying-to-destroy-UKIP-and-why-it-will-fail
As really good one, this. There is a section devoted to: “Stand-up comics (aka The Wankocracy)” in which he explicitly refers to Ben Elton, but he left out many others such as Marcuse Brigstocke, Sandi Tossvig, Jeremy Hardy and all the other recent unfunny johnny come latelys – in which sadly we must now include the establishment’s latest stooge, Ian Hislop!
Come on, you tight-fisted Coffeehouse tossers. Stick those short arms into those deep pockets and support BBC’s CHILDREN IN NEED !!!
I love to see my favourite BBC celebrities horsing about, showing that they enjoy a laugh just like the rest of us, and to think they are doing it all … for the children.
And watching little Pudsey Bear doing ‘the Rickshaw Challenge’ fair brings a tear to my eye.

Still waiting for Fraser Nelson’s promised analysis of that article; perhaps somebody who hasn’t been blackballed from trolltopia should pop across and remind him again, as the upshot seems to be the favourite topic of the day. The Tory Party isn’t fit for purpose, especially with the LibDems in tow, which includes CMD, himself:
“David Cameron disappointed Tory MPs today by indicating that Britain would opt back into the European arrest warrant.
He surprised the Commons by saying that the vote would take place before the Rochester and Strood by-election on November 20, meaning that he is almost certain to face a substantial backbench revolt in the run-up to that contest.”

And we had this report in July:
MPs force Theresa May to back down over European Arrest Warrant
“Theresa May was forced to back down last night in the face of a rebellion over Britain’s membership of the European Arrest Warrant. Tory Eurosceptics were furious at being asked to commit to a string of EU justice measures in a Commons vote on Monday.
They feared that a compromise struck with the Liberal Democrats cast doubt on David Cameron’s pledge to bring back powers from Brussels and recast Britain’s relationship with the EU.”

Maureen Lipman abandons Ed Miliband over Israel
Actress says Miliband’s timing of Palestine vote “sucks” in period of rising anti-Semitism
“Maureen Lipman, the actress, has announced she is ending five decades of support for the Labour Party, as she furiously denounced Ed Miliband’s stance on Israel.
Mrs Lipman said she will vote for “almost any other party” until Labour is “once more led by mensches” – the Yiddish word for a person of integrity.
In a deeply personal attack on Mr Miliband, Mrs Lipman said his support for a motion recognising the state of Palestine “sucks” at a time of rising anti-Semitism in Europe.
In a dim assessment of the shadow Cabinet, she said: “I rather liked David Miliband and have a sneaking suspicion he may return strengthened by his time out in the real world. But this lot? The Chuka Harman Burnham Hunt Balls brigade? I can’t, in all seriousness, go into a booth and put my mark on any one of them.””

Now that the armed forces have left Afghanistan and are redeployed back in the UK they might as well do something useful for a while before they receive their P45s’.
I doubt that we’ll see them being sent to Rotherham or Stockport to help protect the welfare homes though.

I would feel more confident that Claire M. Lopez was batting for the good guys if she would have taken into account the reality that lays behind this:
“This week, an American journalist, Serena Shim, from Rochester Hills, Michigan, died in a mysterious accident in Turkey. The Press TV investigative reporter had been threatened by Turkish intelligence only hours earlier, after reporting that ISIL/ISIS was openly receiving military air, weapons, and fighters, through Turkey with the help of an American run NGO. I was “Breit-balled” by Breitbart London yesterday. Happy to report that today normal service has been restored. It appears that freedom of speech has its limits, and that there are certain truths that may not be uttered!
EC, I have only been Breitballed once. When someone asked for the source of ‘Greater love hath no man than he who lay down his friends for his life’, I public spiritedly stepped in with the attribution to ‘stylish wit and raconteur’, Jeremy Thorpe, after the Night of the Long Knives in 1962.
Entirely accurate and verifiable. So by elimination, some 13 year old bed-wetter must have taken exception to ‘stylish wit and raconteur’, presumably as a euphemism for commissioning the execution of dogs. Human stupidity springeth eternal and stupid.
What’s your moniker over there, if you don’t mind me asking?

Gathering “force” eh? Most normal people might say gathering strength or gathering momentum but we understand your predilection for compulsion, coercion and violence.
Manchester is of course a hotbed of Labour Reds so no surprises there. Bristol has no overall control. Mr Mucus’ devolution “solution” ignores vast swathes of conservative England. A new civil war looms. Wish I was twenty again.

Naughty Niece with a really good one hot off the press:
>>
A woman in a supermarket is following a grandfather and his badly behaved 3 year-old grandson.
It’s obvious to her that he has his hands full with the child screaming for sweets in the sweet aisle, biscuits in the biscuit aisle; and for fruit, cereal and pop in the other aisle.
Meanwhile, Granddad is working his way around, saying in a controlled voice,
“Easy, William, we won’t be long . . .. easy, boy.”
Another outburst, and she hears the granddad calmly say, “It’s okay,
William, just a couple more minutes and we’ll be out of here. Hang in there, boy.”
At the checkout, the little terror is throwing items out of the cart,
and Granddad says again in a controlled voice, “William, William, relax buddy, don’t get upset. We’ll be home in five minutes; stay cool, William.”
Very impressed, the woman goes outside where the grandfather is
loading his groceries and the boy into the car.
She said to the elderly gentleman, “It’s none of my business, but you were amazing in there.
I don’t know how you did it. That whole time, you kept your
composure, and no matter how loud and disruptive he got, you just calmly kept
saying things would be okay.
William is very lucky to have you as his grandpa.”
“Thanks,” said the grandfather, “but I’m William …. this little bastard’s name is Kevin.”

“We wish to go as quick as possible…but we need to deliberate people and we need to get this right. One doctrine we know is that we can’t do this in a knee-jerk way. We have to do this in a right way.”
He added: “We need a response that matches a scale of this moment. That starts with delivering on a guarantee of serve powers to Scotland.
“But other people in Britain, including England, now merit a possibility to figure their possess futures with a energetic devolution settlement.”
Under his plan, English regions would furnish a array of recommendations “covering how sub-national devolution can be strengthened; how a regions can be given some-more of a voice in a domestic system; how we can give serve voice to informal and inhabitant enlightenment and identity’”.

The results of the Rotherham Police Commissioner elections are now in, only 14% of eligible voters cast their vote and the Labour candidate (a retired C of E cleric) won with 7%, on very low turnouts the results are invalid if the candidate in first place does not have 50% of votes cast, this chap was within the 50% by a margin of 0.01.
The winner pointed out that his party Labour were against having Police Commissioners.
We should all weep, these appointments should all over our country are a joke.

It is the same with our local news.
In an attempt to stop us thinking that Pakistani/Bangladeshi men abuse only white girls, our local BBCTV shows an Asian girl called ‘Sarah’ (can you believe it) who’s two uncles sexually abused her, oblivious to the fact that this is an entirely different crime.

It cannot be a politician or a political affiliate. It can ‘t be a top cop because the Bill are also in the firing line. The churches are woefully tainted in this regard. There seems to be nobody from the so-called G & G who could lay claim to no direct or indirect connections with those suspected or accused of these heinous crimes and political cover-ups.
Which shows the depths of depravity to which our ‘ruling classes’ have descended. And even those who aren’t deviants of one sort or another are guilty of downright treason or, at best, conniving in the destruction of our culture – and ceding our sovereignty to the predominantly Marxist EU.

David Ossitt – 19:20 ‘Rotherham Police Commissioner elections’
I thought that, if the winning count was less than 50%, they transferred the votes, starting with the candidate with the lowest number of votes.
So, had Labour obtained only 49.99% of the vote, and none of the other voters had put Labour down as second or a a lower choice, Labour would have lost, (obviously).
I think that was the point that was being made.

No, I try not to watch the regular “Mastermind” either.
Hurrah, the boil of another hyped up meeja Halloween has been lanced.
Next up – St. Pudsey Bear’s day.
South Yorks. PCC bi-election.
There are different ways of looking at this.In crude figures:-
The Labour vote held up;
UKIP gained 30,000 votes.Where did these come from?
The English Democrates lost 13,000 votes
Conservatives lost 2,500 votes;but they may have gained from the 10,000 Lib Dem votes as the party did not stand this time:so the coalition lost 12,500 votes.
There were 3,000 extra votes cast;so that adds up to about 28,500 votes.
There-again Lib Dem votes may have gone to Labour, and Labour votes to UKIP.
UKIP came second in Rotherham,Doncaster, and Barnsley.
In Rotherham Labour got 15,006;UKIP 14,266.
It appears that only in Barnsley did Labour get over 50%.
There was also a high Labour vote in Sheffield where the Conservatives came second.
From Doncaster it is reported that 3.5% of electors turned out;and 11.7% of electors cast a postal vote. There are claims that overall 80% of ballots cast were postal votes.
This raises many questions;the usual one about the postal vote:and the Pakistani block vote.Local papers (from Doncaster and Worksop) report people don’t like and don’t want PCCs.There were 2,299 rejected (spoiled)ballot papers:a high number to have happened by accident. Then there is the matter of very different towns being bundled together.Rotherham and Doncaster would probably have voted UKIP on second preferences as separate entities.
EC 23:44
November 5th approaches: as I said @ 23:55 “Well, we we can all dream – can’t we?”
Notwithstanding the horror of the Blair/Brown era and the need to remove that scourge from the corridors of power, I cannot – and never will – forgive myself for helping to facilitate the ConLib stich-up by voting Tory and urging others to do the same. Where are ya Verity? You were right! Mea culpa. Cameron’s Treachery (engendered by his overweening ambition to occupy No.10 and further the EU scam) by not only allowing the Clegg cretin into power, but also to largely call the shots, must go down in the annals of infamy of UK politics. He should have soldiered on with a minority and waited for s short order re-run of the GE, when the Tories would more than likely have had a landslide and the chance to rid us of the Euro shackles and restore the balanced market economy, by decimating the Socialist Welfare State – putting a stake through its heart.
This country cannot and will not recover from the consequences of his cowardice. There is no leader with either the experience or gravitas to take the helm. Sorry Nigel, good try, but no cigar – not yet, anyway. By riding on the gravy train, with unfulfilled promises to derail it, while enjoying the 5 star salary, exes and other perks, is wearing thin. I’m afraid it’s beginning to sound very hollow indeed, much as I would like to believe that ‘your time has come’.
I see the spawn of a LSE Marxist lecturer and infil-traitor, poised to pounce – as the Tories tear themselves apart.
What’s worse, there is no military leader with the steel to carry off a coup and reshape the whole caboodle (after a lamp-post festival of cleansing). The squaddies could carry it off, but the leaders are not there. So our fate will be decided in the ultimate struggle between the jihad and the new and modified Comintern. The latter will probably prevail as Russia and China are the only powers willing to address the jihad, maybe ultimately with the collaboration of India. They are waiting for the West to fall, before they make their move. Just envisage a new sino-soviet pact and you have some idea what’s in store, probably following a nuclear holocaust engulfing many of the major cities of the world.
Who knows, perhaps in the GSOT, it’s the Planet’s way of ridding itself of the worst scourge ever to evolve on its crust – humankind. It can withstand and has withstood many a nuclear winter, it is unlikely to to be able to withstand the hubris of homo sapiens sapiens, if the devlish and depraved predator is allowed to continue with its mad-scientist schemes and brash bellicosity; its internecine and unnatural nastiness.
My guess is that the Planet has some way to go and will continue without its current plague – once the plague has destroyed itself – as all plagues do, eventually.
So with that cheerful prognostication, as Halloween prevails,I will retire to my couch and bid you sweet dreams of ghosties and ghoulies and things that go BUMP in the night!
Radford NG (01:18)
Just about to boot out when I saw your post.
Let’s face it. It justifies my pessimism – whichever way you jiggle the figures. Despite the horrors of what has occurred in that constituency and nearby constituencies, the electorate have voted in yet another labour apparatchik to a ludicrous invigilative office which should never exist and thereby enabled the socialist scum to finagle in the same old, same old…. UKIP should not have contested this or any other P&CC elections – the crazy, fucking abortion of a political fit-up needs abolishing forthwith.

A Career In Microbiology Can Be Harmful To Your Health
“…[Dr.] Kelly’s… connection to the secret biological plant began in October 2001, shortly after a commercial flight en route from Israel to Novosibirsk in Siberia was blown up over the Black Sea by a Ukrainian surface-to-air missile.
All on board the flight were killed, including five Russian microbiologists returning to their research institute in Novosibirsk – a city known as the scientific capital of Siberia. It has 50 facilities and 13 universities.”
http://www.rense.com/general40/dead.htm
“Feb. 28, 2002 — In the four-month period from Nov. 12 through Feb. 11, seven world-class microbiologists in different parts of the world were reported dead. Six died of “unnatural” causes, while the cause of the seventh’s death is questionable. Also on Nov. 12, DynCorp, a major government contractor for data processing,…In the six weeks prior to Nov. 12, two additional foreign microbiologists were reported dead. Some believe there were as many as five more microbiologists killed during the period, bringing the total as high as 14. ..
…Prior to these deaths, on Oct. 4, a commercial jetliner traveling from Israel to Novosibirsk, Siberia was shot down over the Black Sea by an “errant” Ukrainian surface-to-air missile, killing all on board. The missile was over 100 miles off-course. Despite early news stories reporting it as a charter, the flight, Air Sibir 1812, was a regularly scheduled flight.
According to several press reports, including a Dec. 5 article by Barry Chamish and one on Jan. 13 by Jim Rarey (both available at http://www.rense.com), the plane is believed by many in Israel to have had as many as five passengers who were microbiologists.”

Malaysia Airlines crash: WHO confirms Glenn Thomas killed
Glenn Thomas….A British man who was among the 298 people who were killed when Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 crashed in Ukraine has been named.
Glenn Thomas, who was originally from Blackpool, was a media officer for the World Health Organization in Geneva.”
http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-lancashire-28363989
“According to my research, Thomas was a WHO media officer and coordinator investigating a US biological weapons lab in Kenema, Sierra Leone involved in conducting trial operations and testing of the Ebola virus.
He was in charge of answering public and media inquiries about the World Health Organization’s view on this controversial bioweapons lab and what they planned to do about it.
Dr. Sharon Schuetz of Lady Patriots mentions that Thomas found evidence of the lab faking positive results for Ebola through the help of Tulane University.
Tulane University conducts bioweapons research on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID).
They did this in order to pressure health organizations like the WHO to allow forced human testing with experimental vaccines, which would actually infect them with Ebola!
In other words, there was a plot to infect human test subjects with the virus while at the same time experimenting on them to come up with a “vaccine”.
The fact that the Sierra Leone government ordered the lab to stop Ebola testing and closed them down strongly supports the evidence of falsifying test results.
A source says that Thomas refused to go along with the cover up. Another source said it was highly likely “that Thomas had become aware of the dangerous threat that the current Ebola outbreak coupled with the International Health Regulations represents.”
He may have decided to do something to stop plans of using Ebola as a biological weapon to kill large numbers of people.
Not the only target
But Glenn Thomas wasn’t the only passenger on board Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 en route to AIDS 2014, an international conference in Australia where there was apparently going to be an important announcement to be made.
He was one of more than 100 key researchers aboard, including Joep Lange, a leading AIDS researcher and former president of the International AIDS Society (IAS), and his wife Jacqueline van Tongeren from the Amsterdam Institute for Global Health and Development.
According to Birdflu666 blog, “Lange was called a ‘giant’ in the AIDS research field, which means that he almost certainly knew that the HIV vaccine is a bioweapon causing AIDS. He would, therefore, have understood the implications of unleashing Ebola not just on Africa but on the world through experimental vaccines.”
Eliminating all who stand in the way?
I find it highly unusual for Thomas, Lange, van Tongeren and all these leading researchers on deadly and contagious diseases to all be in a single flight, which just so happens to be shot down killing them all….
Connecting the dots
With all these facts in mind, let us also consider the fact that reports on the Ebola outbreak started as early as December 2013, with red flags only being raised on March 2014.
Where did the first Ebola cases originate from? Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia. Where is Kenema Bioweapons Lab located? Sierra Leone.
Mainstream news had been very quick to cover this up by saying that the very first Ebola case started in Guinea and not in Sierra Leone.
Dr. Cyril Broderick, A Liberian scientist and a former professor of Plant Pathology at the University of Liberia’s College of Agriculture and Forestry says the West, particularly the U.S. is responsible for the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Dr. Broderick claims the following in an exclusive article published in the Daily Observer based in Monrovia, Liberia. He wrote the following:
The US Department of Defense (DoD) is funding Ebola trials on humans, trials which started just weeks before the Ebola outbreak in Guinea and Sierra Leone. The reports continue and state that the DoD gave a contract worth $140 million dollars to Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company, to conduct Ebola research. This research work involved injecting and infusing healthy humans with the deadly Ebola virus. Hence, the DoD is listed as a collaborator in a “First in Human” Ebola clinical trial (NCT02041715, which started in January 2014 shortly before an Ebola epidemic was declared in West Africa in March.”

…Connecting these dots, does it seem likely to you that billionaire Soros had
a) a motive for killing WHO spokesperson Glenn Thomas to stop the news spreading through official channels that the Ebola outbreak was orchestrated in a Soros-funded lab;
b) a motive for silencing him very soon;
c) the means of silencing him by staging a fake air crash in the Ukraine?
d) the support of the Bilderberg, global elite?
Interesting is the complete silence of the mainstream media on the closure of the Kenema lab posted on the Sierra Leone Ministery of Health facebook site.”

It has become conventional to characterise moves to regional government in England as a left wing conspiracy
Indeed a celebrated left wing intellectual said the following:
“Modern democracy, on the other hand, transfers power from the periphery to the centre, where the small elite reigns supreme. This ever-increasing centralisation reflects a deep trend, that of reversing two thousand years of Christendom and reverting to paganism”.
He has just published a paperback on this which is worth a read

Mottram not a bad suggestion
But I am more attracted to Michael Mansfield QC
Or Ben Emmerson
*
An answer might be simply to appoint Ben Emmerson QC, the current counsel to the inquiry. He is a leading radical lawyer specialising in European human rights law who has tried Rwandan war criminals and is a UN legal expert on counter-terrorism. To some people that is an unimpeachable liberal record.
But when you also know that he is a deputy high court judge and a master of the bench of the Middle Temple who has represented the government at the European court of human rights, he could easily be portrayed by others as a stalwart of the legal establishment who has no doubt had dealings with many well-known public figures.
When there is a real possibility that somebody like Emmerson might be regarded as “too establishment” to be a credible head of an inquiry into historical child sex abuse then it might as well be time for May to give up and find a new way to bring justice to the victims.

Ah, the Janus face of socialism and communism as embodied by Miliband, Labour’s Heir to Hollande and equally prepossessing, especially when it comes to other peoples money and freedom. Looking both to the past – Soviet-era Russia, and to the future – plotting to resurrect that tyranny here.
On the suggestion that socialism murders, oppresses and dehumanises people Mucus suggested that it empowers them. But of course the overwhelming evidence demonstrates that it empowers only a self-pampering elite who invariable descend into corrupt and despicable practices against their own people.
It is revealing that whilst ostensibly advocating the Labour party Mucus projects little more than his relish for hard line communism and an unhealthy desire to coerce dissidents to toe the line, usually by the sly innuendo of violence against them.

A good article on International Aid, which also applies everywhere else, including Rotherham:
Corruption is not the problem with British aid
We should be spending our money on tackling the real problems in the developing world – if we can
“1) Property rights – whether it is a bag of peanuts from the farm, the cash takings from a shop, or a house, citizens must know that their assets and profits are protected. Without that, there can be no investment.
2) Rule of law – Are the courts fair and can they protect investors and their property? Disputes are a fact of life and without a justice system worthy of the name, the weak can only remain weak. The rule of law is the basis of property rights.
3) Stability – no country can build for a future if it is mired in civil war. And without stability, without knowing that the rule of law will apply next month and next year, nothing else is possible
4) Transparency – knowing who does what, when and how is the only way for people to hold their governments accountable. Where is the money going and is it being best used? It is one of the crucial checks on factors 1-3
Tackle these and corruption takes care of itself.
But now we see the problem. These are big political questions that can’t be managed away with a checklist, spreadsheet or telephone hotline – as Mr Cameron seems to think is the case with corruption.”

The ‘perpetrator’ must sue for unlawful arrest and detention. If what he said was grounds for arrest and detention, then the legislators who made it so must be taken to a 300 yard trench, dug somewhere in Hyde Park, as near to Tyburn Way as possible, and shot in the back of their heads, allowed to gentle crumple in the trench and the removed earth bulldozed over them, pour encourager les autres. A memorial stone bearing the words, “The people have spoken” should then be erected on the site.
It is almost impossible to believe that this happened – even in today’s climate of self destructive cultural insanity. Surely there is still a lawyer left with the nous and integrity to make a nice piece of change for their practice and a fortune for the victim of this gross outrage by the state.

In addition the Press Complaints Commission has also already addressed this fallacy with the Daily Telegraph in February of last year. The official figures show the Conservatives got 18,536 votes (at*Barnsley Council*).The figures from the four individual districts add up to 28,536 (as given by the*Worksop Guardian*and the*Doncaster Free Press*).This would give total votes for Labour of 74,060 and for Not-Labour of 84,002.

Militants from Islamic State (IS) have killed at least 50 members of an Iraqi tribe in western Anbar province, officials and tribal leaders say.
The men and women from the Al Bu Nimr tribe are reported to have been lined up and shot in retaliation for resisting the jihadists.
A number of people from the same tribe were also found dead in mass graves earlier this week.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has told the BBC that it may be necessary to use “force capability on the ground” to defeat IS militants.
Referring to Barack Obama’s airstrike policy he said that the “fanatical force” could only be “harried and hemmed in by airpower”.
The way to defeat the Deash (an Arabic word similar to the Anglo-Saxon meaning of `Viking`) is to arm those who are fighting them.See:

Nothing you write is eloquent. And the credibility of your current urging is discredited by your also writing elsewhere of the need to give the ISIS “Caliph” a fair hearing and comparing him favourably to “crusader” Bush. Remember that?
You write there mainly to provoke, as you do here, your inflated ego outraged that there are people who reject your sanctimonious, self-satisfied dogma and insistent that you must intervene and take control. Like your hero Brown who existed mainly to stick it to the Tories and whose policies reflected that malice.

Did you pick up on Austin Barry’s comments about the edition of HIGNFY broadcast on Friday 24th of October? To my recollection over 50% of the airtime of that episode was spent on some very “forced laboured”, sadly pathetic attempts at anti UKIP humour. The lamest of which, as Mr Barry pointed out, was Ian Hislop’s remark about Nigel Farage and Hitler moustaches. By contrast in this week’s edition UKIP wasn’t mentioned at all. Not once.
Do you think that someone had a word, or do you think Hislop & Merton have finally realised the veracity of Dr Johnson’s aphorism “Nothing is more hopeless than a scheme of merriment” ?
The BBC haven’t “got it” as they are still plugging away with their tired old formulas like “Mock The Week”, and they are now, incomprehensibly, broadcasting a 9th series of “Russell Howard’s Good News”.

The Euro elections saw Lord Ashcroft funding a party pretending to be UKIP.
They went at the top of the ballot paper, ordered to be folded by the Labour controlled Electoral Commission and a party that was nothing but an empty shell no one had ever heard of grabbed loads of votes intended for UKIP.
In Rochester, Theresa May is saving Lord Ashcroft by using taxpayer money to fund a phoney party called Britain First – an outfit run entirely by MI5.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/11203651/Far-right-groups-clash-with-anti-fascists-in-Rochester-ahead-of-by-election.html
This sort of story is a plant. Mainly directed at women, it MI5 trying to say: ‘This is who UKIP really are.’
I can tell you who Britain First are. They are MI5. Half the leadership of Britain First are ex-BNP, itself an outfit whose leadership was always about 75% MI5 members of staff.
Britain First’s deputy leader Jayda Fransen, also a candidate in the by-election, praised Mr Reckless’s defection saying her party and Ukip had “almost everything” in common and were “almost identical in policies”.
Ms Fransen said: “There’s only two parties in this election who are worthy of the people’s vote, and that’s Ukip and Britain First.
“Ukip are going to sweep up, and we are one hundred per cent behind Mark Reckless. That’s going to wipe the smile off their faces!”
Have you ever seen such a transparent smear tactic?
Jayda Fransen is MI5 and clearly undertook the spin doctoring module. And it would be good work if it weren’t all so transparent.
It’s probably too late for this decoy party to do what the LibLabCon controlled MI5 want it to do: split UKIP’s vote so some people vote Britain First; and make some new UKIP voters revert back to voting LibLabCon.
But this by-election is clearly a dress rehearsal of how LibLabCon intend to smear UKIP in the future.
With nothing left to say themselves that is believable in terms of policy and knowing that all their own smears on UKIP don’t work, they will go for guilt by association with an MI5 operated ‘Far Right’ group.
Anyone who genuinely backed a UKIP candidate would get out of their way.
Britain First have come from nowhere only to have lots of stories planted about their rise put in the Mail and Telegraph.
Britain First then spent the past few weeks in Rochester being photographed alongside UKIP helpers.
And then unleashed this to smear UKIP. It is all MI5 smoke and mirrors propaganda.

It literally is fraud for every last vote. Labour would not have won Heywood and Middleton but for postal votes (margin of circa 600). Labour’s Rotherham police commissioner again seems to have won in a ballot where 80% of votes were postal votes. This is out and out fraud.
Opinion polls are also being skewed by listing LibLabCon to the interviewee and then asking for a preference. In other words, omitting UKIP. When UKIP is included in that preferential question, support for UKIP is considerably higher than when they are not volunteered as a possible preference by the polling company.
Britain First are indeed being used as a stalking horse in much the same way that ‘An Independence from Europe party’ was earlier in the year. The A in ‘An’ put it at the top of folded ballot papers so many would-be UKIP voters thought that was UKIP when it wasn’t.
Britain First is just designed to eat into UKIP votes and at the same time smear UKIP and make potential Tory and Labour voters stay with them.
MI5 appears to have studied the EDL, infiltrated it and realised nasty guilt by aSSociation headlines can be whipped up. Tommy Robinson’s fit-up and jail sentence suggest he was genuine but many of the other people in the EDL were just MI5.
Take it all together: MSM smears, postal vote fraud, a stalking horse party to eat into UKIP votes. This would take many seats away from UKIP at a General Election. And check out the way the MSM have turned a total blind eye to the An Independence From Europe Party Fraud and all the postal vote fraud in all the elections held this year.
And lest we forget, the MSM is not just running guilt by association with MI5 outfit Britain First, there’s the guilt by association with some Polish party who UKIP have to band together with in Europe to get funding.

It was always traditional in the MSM not to give Far Right parties the oxygen of publicity but the desperate desire for the Tories to win Rochester saw a slew of stories planted in the papers about Britain First, whom I had never heard of until the Rochester by-election process began. The stories were about how Britain First was using social media. Funny. I thought social media sites tended to ban stuff like that. But not when there’s a government request for such activity.
Why were the MSM so eager to give this party a Press profile? I can only conclude is because this party is run by special branch and MI5. It just stinks. They ran around Rochester the past few weeks being photographed with UKIP and then this weekend some fake rally/march is organised. Unite Against Fascism (a Labour controlled fake organisation) is there and lo-and-behold loads of smearing quotes are given to and dutifully printed by the MSM about how Britain First love UKIP. Common Purposers do so love rigging elections. Looks like it’s too late to damage UKIP in Rochester but this is an off-the-radar modus operandi LibLabCon will be using in May 2015 and beyond.

“MI5 appears to have studied the EDL, infiltrated it and realised nasty guilt by aSSociation headlines can be whipped up. Tommy Robinson’s fit-up and jail sentence suggest he was genuine but many of the other people in the EDL were just MI5.”
That would make sense.
As the EDL was and is a non-violent, constitutional movement, it would seem that the role of MI5 infiltrators would not be as violent agents provocateurs because even should they wish to act in this way they would draw too much attention to themselves and indeed end up being thrown out.
This would suggest that their mission was information collection or possibly dissemination of duff policy. To whom would MI5 pass the information? Is there any section of the population which would benefit from receiving it or from duff policies being adopted by the EDL? Have long-term links with long-term goals been established with any such section? Is there any policy of government or other organized group which could be promoted by deft use of the information or by the adoption of duff policies?
As a general rule, and within reason, infiltrators should be welcomed into free organizations because they have to work twice as hard as the others. Best to try to identify them though, too.
Just trying to think this through a bit.

These pictures are very intersting. There are literally a handful of ‘Britain First’ supporters. One witness says 35. They must nearly all be on a special branch salary. The first photo tries to show a draM ATIC face off yet there are barely enough ‘Britsin First’ supporters to make up a pub darts team.
The last picture shows the ranks so thin that there are police peak caps behind them. Dear, dear, we must be shtoom! Mustn’t be accused of racism must we?
The MSM have been busy on behalf of Mo’s Bros today: a succession of Muslim activists have been paraded before the cameras saying that the beheadings of the journalists and aid workers by ISIS have in fact been beneficial as it has put many of them off going to Syria and Iraq to join the jihad. So the relatives of the victims should be happy that they didn’t die in vain, they posit. Thank you for those words of wisdom RoP. Beneficial for whom? The more of you who leave and become bomb fodder for our Tornados the better. Piss-taking douche bags! And that’s the just the media twats who give them air-time. There are no words to describe the Islamic filth that proffer this propaganda with the aid of the traitors within our media.
